As I write this, my constant travel companion, wife, and travel agent is planning another grand trip to the United States of America – this time to New Orleans and Miami, followed by a Caribbean cruise.
Naturally, I’m very excited about it (I’ll tell you more about our plans closer to the time), which has got me nostalgic for my last trip to the USA, when we spent a week in Hawaii two years ago, mostly hanging around the tourist mecca of Waikiki, swimming, eating, drinking, and relaxing.
